chiropteraland asked you:Hi!! c: So: I’d really enjoy seeing more of your angels and succubus (succubi???) because they are delicious. I adore the flow of your work and the attention to details in your designs are absolutely unique. I think they show that you are (maybe) a dreamy person , as they look like they are coming from a dream. I’d like to know where you get all those wonderful concepts, do you have inspirations? what are some of them?
i really should draw more angel/demon stuff because i really love designing them. they always seem to end up making out if i draw them together though which is a very real problem. i do like to daydream a lot (usually in social situations where i feel uncomfortable i tend to crawl into my own head and lock the door) and if i’m not drawing i’m usually thinking about what to draw next. my inspirations usually come from nature and mythology and cartoons and whatever i tend to be staring at before someone yells my name for the third time.
Anonymous asked you:I’d LIKE for you to draw more ponies, but thats just me, do what ya feel
actually working on it. i need to get pinky-pie’s design settled.somethings have gotten…out of control.
spaceleech asked you:You have a very distinct style. I really don’t think I can judge you as a person from your art though. I like your art because it’s weird and upsetting. I like that you have a unique and garish sense of beauty.
unicornpancreas asked you:What exactly are you hoping to achieve with your art? What level of skill are you really working to?
daggerarcadia asked you:what do you wish i would draw more of? hmm i’m fairly interested in seeing any fanart you would want to do. why do you like/dislike my art? i love the curves your ladies have, i love the natural look your linework/coloring has. what do you think my art says about me as a person? that you have a very unique sense of tast :’> is there anything you’d like to know about me? i guess what kind of art you like. is there anything boring/weird/upsetting about my art? Not really!

katzupan said: I personally love to see artists process, it may be the same or different than my own but I love techniques and just seeing workflow. I love your art because you use more than the steryotypical skinny girl in your monsters. You use amazing color scheme
- what do you wish i would draw more of?
I hate to be That Person, but I really liked your interpretations of My Little Pony characters as corrupted godponies. I’d kind of like to see Applejack and Pinkie Pie get the treatment too!
More generally, I wouldn’t mind seeing more scenery and character interaction! Does that make me a hypocrite when I tend to draw neither myself?
- why do you like/dislike my art?
Pretty monsters. I love hideous monsters too, but I think enough people do those. You make things that are both gorgeous and horrible and that makes me smile!
- what do you think my art says about me as a person?
I’m no psychologist, but it tells me there are some interesting creatures living in that head of yours.
- is there anything you’d like to know about me?
Practically everything. From the little bits and pieces you’ve let slip, it sounds like you had a pretty interesting childhood. The culture you grew up in seems pretty different from the one I grew up in and that rouses my natural curiosity!
And I can tell you how I narrowly dodged a whitebread suburbanite childhood if you want. There’s not a lot to it, but there is some magic.
- is there anything boring/weird/upsetting about my art?
Weird? Of course, and that’s the charm, isn’t it?
:D well you can’t be that person because someone beat you to it. i do need to work on my scenery and character interaction especially with my own characters because despite what i’ve told the internet about them, i have a feeling that who they are doesn’t really come across in straight-up pictures.
i like drawing pretty monsters because for some reason it’s important to me to draw things that would be comfortable being alive. gross monsters are good sometimes but i imagine even the strangest monstrosity delicately cleans it’s poisonous barbs or grooms it’s feelers every day.
there are a bunch of creatures in here and more are being born all the time. i draw to make room.
um, it’s not really that interesting. tiny me was just a bumkin who really loved just about everything and was also terrified of just about everything. i did recently learn that my grandma used to casually practice voodoo and once made this chick’s hair fall out because she was sassing her. i also got to see the scar when my mom threw a knife like a ninja star into my uncles arm because he thought it would be funny to try and run out of the house with me as a baby (she didn’t know it was him until it was too late. he showed me the awesome brutal scar as he drunkenly kissed me on the cheek and called me his favorite). i learned these things after going to a funeral where an old man danced in front of the casket and a very kawaii priest told us not to worry because we’re all gonna die so live it up.
family pls.
also haha i guess charm is a word for it.
